President-elect Donald Trump trolls Canadian leader Justin Trudeau, calling him the 51st governor.

Reports say, Trudeau was complaining about tariffs & Trump told him that if Canada can’t survive without ripping off the U.S., then Canada should become the 51st state & Trudeau its governor.
