‘Physically unable to function’: Joe Biden roasted after his teleprompter malfunctions
Social media users have roasted US President Joe Biden as he struggled to speak after his teleprompter malfunctioned.

During a speech on Tuesday, the 82-year-old touted his economic record as president.

Biden, in one of his final speeches as president, suffered technical difficulties only 10 minutes into his speech.

“One of the things that’s going on here — they just turned off my… I lost electricity here, anyway,” Biden said.

A video of the gaffe was posted to X, with social media users mocking Biden for being “unable to function” without a teleprompter.

“Joe Biden is psychically unable to function without a teleprompter,” wrote one user.
