We discuss the fact that no article states where he was held, what Federal Prison he was released from. Due to the current state of our justice system, and the Miami justice system in particular, we question whether he was really being held in prison or whether he was being used by the government for their own purposes.

Fabio was a legendary drug lord and a key operator of the Medillin cocaine cartel. Records show that he was released after serving 25 years and is expecte to be deported back home. Ochoa and his older brothers amassed a fortune when cocaine started flooding the U.S. in the late 1970s and early 80s. He was included in a list of Forbes Magazine's billionaires.

Ochoa was the first to be indicted for his role in the 1986 killing of DEA agent Barry Seal, whose life was popularlized in the 2017 film "American Made" staring Tom Cruise.
