Contract stalkers do many different things to let a target know they are being watched 24/7. Most of those things appear petty, but are designed by psychologists to cause anguish and stress. Some of those things are very obvious and some of those things are more subtle, but are designed in such a way that only the target will pick up on the event, as part of their 'conditioning'.

The best thing a targeted individual can do is to record audio and video of everywhere they go. Stalkers will always eventually slip up, and you want to be ready for when they do.
