Rolin Hill, an African-American Eagle Scout, was arrested on June 4, 2024, in Virginia Beach for misdemeanor trespassing. Six days later, he was pronounced dead. Despite 32 surveillance cameras capturing the incident, no footage has been released. Whistleblowers allege severe misconduct, yet the investigation remains stagnant, and no charges have been filed.
