Note: TEMPERATURE MAY VERY OVEN TO OVEN, IF YOUR OVEN TEMPERATURE IS HIGH, PLS BAKE IT AT 160 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES , THEN CHECK WITH STICK

INGREDIENTS LIST

4 EGGS( WHITE AND YOLK SEPARATE)
SUGAR 200 GM(1 CUP)

VANILLA ESSENCE 1TSP
OIL/ MELTED BUTTER 1 CUP ( IN THIS RECIPE I HAVE USED OIL)

FLOUR 190 GM (1 AND 1/2 CUP)
BAKING POWDER 2 TSP
SALT 1/2 TSP

POWDER MILK 1/2 CUP

DRY FRUITS 1/2 CUP( CUT IN TO SMALL PIECES)
TUTI FRUTI 1/4 CUP
COAT THEM WITH 2 TBSP FLOUR ( SEIVE AND DISCARD FLOUR)

2 POUND CAKE MOULD( GREASE WITH OIL OR BUTTER)
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 170 DEGREES CELSIUS FOR 35 TO 40 MINS

CAKE GLAZE RECIPE:

WATER 1/2 CUP
SUGAR 2TBSP
BUTTER 1TBSP
LEMON JUICE 1TSP
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND BOIL FOR 2MINS

NOTE: BRUSH HOT CAKE GLAZE WHILE THE CAKE IS HOT.
