1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup water

Filling:
450g vegemince (or your protein of choice)
1 chopped onion
300g grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tbsp oil

Topping:
100g grated cheese
1/2 cup cream
