As a qualified and experienced Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, I disagree with much of Dr Wenstrup's claims about the need for strict virus surveillance. Viruses are everywhere. Surveillance of their presence serves no purpose and takes money from the actual health care and societal needs of populations. However, he also shares a lot of useful information relating to the criminals behind the bioterrorism taking place under the name of "gain of function research".
