Potassium Bromate: Toxic chemical added to flour to strengthen dough & make it rise higher. Causes Malignant Tumors in the thyroid, kidneys & peritoneum. Approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) in the 60s.

ADA Azodicarbonamide: Industrial plastic chemical additive used as a flour bleaching agent & dough conditioner. Causes Cancer of the Kidney, Liver & Thyroid. Industrially used to make yoga mats & attic insulation. Considered GRAS.

Bread ingredients should be unbleached flour, salt, yeast & water.
