この動画の直後に絡んできた　違反しているくせに
顔に少し白塗り　化粧をしていた　男のくせに
推定10代か20代。
笑いながら脅してきた　恐喝恫喝。
永久に許されてはいけない。

As I was waiting for the light to change at an intersection just outside the east exit of Heiwajima Station,
I saw a short man on a small bicycle with earphones in both ears,
a violation of the law.
On the sidewalk. Right in front of me on the left side.
Even though he was already in violation, he wouldn't move or get off even though there were people around.
I couldn't forgive the violation, barbarian, so I took a picture.

Then, he took off one earphone, moved slightly, and when the light turned green, he crossed the street and started bothering me.
Three violations of the law.

He talked to me while laughing, and even though he was laughing, I didn't need to respond,
he didn't even realize that I was responding.
I deleted the video right after because it was too much work for me,
but even if he was smiling and not using casual language, it still constitutes extortion, intimidation, and coercion.

In the first place, what's with that attitude when he's violating the bicycle law?
I won't forgive him!

I responded to 110 because it would be a hassle if I was on my way to work and someone called, but even if they did, only a stupid police officer would show up.

There is no law in this country that makes it a crime to simply take a picture.

And what this guy did was destroy the evidence of his own bicycle violation.

I will not forgive him. I will restore and edit the video and make sure it is uploaded in a way that it cannot be deleted so that it will be available forever.

He was wearing makeup on his face. What a disgusting, self-satisfied man. I will not forgive him.
