In this collage, the busy purple and gold background paper with white birds in flight, reminds us of the busy events of life and the way our minds and ego are constantly in action and solicited.

The upper gold circle with the flower of life motif, represents the stillness and silent way of connecting to our true nature, our soul, our higher self, the fractal of Source we are, through seated meditation.

There are however as many ways of connecting to out true essence then there are individuals. Action (dance, walk, play, do the dishes, etc.) is another way to be connected to the eternal “now” moment in which our true nature reveals itself. The lower purple circle with waves represents this more active way of being present to self.

The heart connection (red central circle) is where all happens, may it be in stillness or action. It is also the place where we experience our deep true joy.

A small purple circle in the upper golden one, and a small golden circle in the lower purple one, as in the yin and yang symbol, reminds us of the beauty of harmonizing both action and stillness, because both have their value. In both we can experience who we truly are.
