I have flown many airlines, but this was my first time with Swiss Airlines. I have to say the drink cart came around about 10 times, we were served hot towels, and we dined with steel utensils. 10 out of 10 for me especially in ECONOMYYY

However zero out of 10 for the Swiss airport because the cappuccino was eight euro....
