Victim dies after rush-hour shooting on 190

Victim dies after rush-hour shooting on 190. State police report the shooting happened about 6:15 p.m. Monday. Police say the victim was traveling north on the 190 near Niagara Street.  That person was in a red Honda. We don't know if they were the driver or the passenger.
