US Launch an AI Manhattan Project to Better Address the CCP Threat

12/08/2024 Former GOP lawmaker Mike Gallagher: We must clearly understand that CCP wants to replace the U.S. as the world-leading power. They want to dominate the commanding heights of critical technology, including AI, quantum etc. We cannot allow that to happen. We are launching basically an AI Manhattan Project to deliver for America's warfighters and better address the CCP threat, so that we don't actually have to fight a war with CCP.
