Fishing River Bends for Wintering Walleyes

Winter is definitely in full swing here in Minnesota, but before it got really cold, I tried to catch some walleyes from a local river in my kayak. I've never professed to be a walleye fishing guru and this video will clearly demonstrate I've got a lot to learn, but hopefully someone watching can set me straight. How would you have caught 'em in low forty degree water?
