Purported footage from a mosque in Damascus shows Syrian rebels vowing to march on Jerusalem after ending the Assad family’s rule. "From here (Damascus) to Jerusalem. We’re coming for Jerusalem. Patience, people of Gaza, patience” vows an Islamist rebel spokesman. He is surrounded by a group of gunmen who respond with cries of “Allahu akbar! (“God is greatest” in Arabic). The IDF seized control of the buffer zone between Israel and Syria on Dec.8 in what it said was a defensive and temporary measure. Iran told Syrian President Bashar al-Assad that help against a surprise rebel offensive would be limited, if it came at all.

TBIW Comment: To be clear about this newsreel (same with many others) it is being re-posted for Awareness of NARRATIVES. This report seems to me to be a combination of part truths, and one of Multiple mutually exclusive Narratives. They can not all be (become) true at the same time, an impossibility.
