Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani says New York Governor Kathy Hochul should have removed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg the day he said he wouldn’t prosecute people who resisted arrest or assaulted cops. “He’s probably not prosecuted half the cases that come before him. He’s responsible for any number of murders in New York, beatings,” he says.
