If Biden were to attempt to pardon illegal immigrants, I don’t know how it could possibly work. I believe the law that outlines pardoning is similar to that outlining other rights of American citizens, and you have to first be subject to the laws for which you’re being pardoned, to receive a pardon. Illegals aren’t Americans they don’t have protections under the constitution. And besides, what’s he gonna do list the name of every single person who illegally broke into our country, if so where is the list, if not, how do you determine who is to be pardoned? If you don’t have a full list of names, identifying the persons you are pardoning, then who are you pardoning? Just incredibly Stupid.

The President CAN'T "pardon" criminals who stormed our border. He has usurped the Presidency already and because he's gotten away with it, he seems to think he can thumb his nose at our laws and the Constitution.
