Se encienden las luces y se llena de colores la Plaza 19 de abril de Tacuarembó.
Un gran trabajo de reciclaje realizado por Marianella de Barros con todo su equipo, el herrero Jorge Coitinho, trabajadoras de jornales solidarios y funcionarios municipales.
