2024-12-08 - A Better Isaac - Christmas Timeline #1

A few Old Testament characters are "types" of Christ. This means they foreshadow, reflect, and point toward the coming Messiah. They are not the Messiah, but when we look back through the lens of Jesus, we can see that God's plan included these types which find their fulfillment in Christ Jesus. Isaac is one of those types, pointing to Jesus. Jesus is the better Isaac.
