Info from Licensor: "This is a swarm of Mayflies in the city of Port Clinton, Ohio, located on the shore of Lake Erie. Mayflies are aquatic insects that commonly hatch in the lake this time of year, and arrive in swarms along the shore. They are harmless. They fly inland, mate, and usually die within a day. This time of year, the city shuts off street lights, and most businesses shut off parking lot lights that tend to attract the mayflies. This video demonstrates what happens when lights are left on."
