Same people calling for violent riots, the jailing of this man, Penny, pushed "restorative justice" putting this man, Neely, in the streets, drugged up sick, full of rage, attacking innocent people, many of them minorities themselves. Then, a family that forgot him, Neely, until it was profitable to remember and care! Neely is a casualty of misguided, failed "good intention policies" Penny is a victim of mob justice! The system failed everyone!
