Lavrov said it best in his interview with Tucker. "Historically, the U.S goes into a country and stirs up trouble (destablizes)
and then fishes in muddy waters trying to find something they can use to their advantage." Not an exact quote, but this is definitely a pattern that has been established for U.S. hegemony for a very long time.
