Last night, police officers intercepted a convoy of cars heading towards Bucharest, filled with explosives, guns, swords and machetes.

Cars belong to a pro-Georgescu pro Putin group of Romanian mercenaries active in Congo. So far, group leader and some 20 members have been arrested.
