We Will End The Cult: Damning Revelations In Woman's Lawsuit Against The Doctor Who Butchered Her

Posted • December 8, 2024: There are multiple fronts in the war to end the gender cult and their sinister efforts to destroy generations of children. One of the most important is the cultural front. All politics exists downstream of culture. If society does not stop embracing insane ideas like children knowing they are trans when they are two years old -- or in utero -- politicians will not have the spine to stand up against those ideas. Thankfully, sanity is winning the cultural war. We have not won, not by a long shot, but make no mistake that biology and reality are winning. There are so many people to thank for this that they are too many to list. But any catalog of prominent figures would include author J.K. Rowling, champion swimmer Riley Gaines, The Daily Wire's Matt Walsh and his seminal documentary What Is A Woman?, Abigail Shrier and her equally seminal book, Irreversible Damage, Billboard Chris, and so, so many more.

The political front follows the culture and there are strong signs that reality is winning that battle too. This week, the complete ridiculousness of the gender ideologues was exposed to the public in front of the United States Supreme Court. The TRAs sent a woman pretending to be a man to argue before SCOTUS and it was as much of a farce as we would expect it to be. The conservative justices, including Clarence Thomas, destroyed all of the left's arguments for sterilizing and mutilating minors. If SCOTUS rules, as expected, to uphold Tennessee's ban on 'gender-affirming care' for minors, it will pave the way for a national ban on the abhorrent practice. Finally, another front in the fight is to hold those who pushed this ideology on children accountable. That involves the courts as well. Ideally, doctors who perform these treatments on minors should be sent to prison. That may be difficult to accomplish, but it's not impossible.

Another way to hold them accountable, however, is to punish them financially for their lies and malpractice. I've written often about many of these lawsuits, including Chloe Cole's suit against Kaiser Permanente and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's suit against doctors who broke Texas law to continue transing children. This week, another detransitioner filed a lawsuit against doctors who pushed gender 'transition' on her as a child. The details of this story are nothing short of horrific. The lawsuit names two doctors, Johanna Olson-Kennedy and Scott Mosser, as well as St. Francis Memorial Hospital. But many others are implicated in the lawsuit's shocking revelations. Ms Breen is a 20-year-old drama student at UCLA whose treatment at Dr Olson-Kennedy’s clinic included puberty blockers at age 12, hormones at 13 and a double mastectomy at 14…The lawsuit’s defendants are Dr Olson-Kennedy, the gender therapist to whom Dr Olson-Kennedy referred her, the surgeon who performed the double mastectomy and 20 as-yet-unnamed 'Doe Individuals' who were agents, servants, and employees of their co-defendants. Ms Breen’s attorneys accuse them of medical negligence on a number of grounds, including an alleged lack of psychological assessment, poor management of Ms Breen’s mental health and a lack of concern about the effects of puberty blockers on Ms Breen’s bone health. Puberty blockers at 12. Hormones at 13. Mastectomy at 14. It is almost difficult to fathom, but it gets MUCH worse.

Ms Breen’s story starts early in the 2016-17 school year, when she turned 12. She felt depressed and sought help from a guidance counsellor. 'I mentioned that I might be trans,' she recalled in the interview, 'but I also mentioned that I might be a lesbian and that I might be bisexual, like I wasn’t really sure about my identity at all.' Ms Breen and her lawyers claim that despite the vagueness of her musings about her identity, her counsellor fixed on the possibility that she was transgender … With the support of her school, Ms Breen, who went by the name Kaya at the time, changed her name to Kai and her pronouns to he/him. Her parents took her to the CHLA gender clinic, and Ms Breen’s first appointment there, records show, was in December 2016. Dr Olson-Kennedy’s notes from that first visit show that she immediately set Ms Breen down a path towards medical transition. She writes that Ms Breen had not yet seen a gender therapist and had come out as trans three months earlier.

Nevertheless, she asserts that Ms Breen meets the specific Diagnostic and Statistical Manual criteria for gender dysphoria, one of which, she writes, is a cross-sex identity that has lasted for six months or longer. A brief period of confusion, NO counseling (other than people continuing to instruct her that she was a boy), and immediately set on a path of destruction by the 'doctor' in charge of her care. Laura Edwards-Leeper is a psychologist who helped launch one of the first youth gender medicine programmes in the country, in Boston, in 2007 ... Asked her views on the general scenario of a young person being referred for blockers prior to any psychological assessment, she responded via email, 'Having evaluated many gender distressed young children and adolescents over the years, some of whom were ultimately NOT good candidates for puberty blockers, skipping this step feels irresponsible and unethical in my opinion, not to mention like a potential liability.'

Of course, Olson-Kennedy repeated the infamous, outrageous gender lie to Breen's parents: Ms Breen and her lawyers claim in their lawsuit that when her parents expressed reservations about testosterone, Dr Olson-Kennedy spoke with them away from Clementine. 'Dr Olson-Kennedy first told them that Clementine was suicidal,' they write in the complaint. 'At that time, Clementine had never had any thoughts of suicide, and she certainly had never expressed anything along those lines to Dr Olson-Kennedy. Dr Olson-Kennedy went even further […] by telling them that if they did not agree to cross-sex hormone therapy, Clementine would commit suicide.' In case you haven't figured it out by now, Olson-Kennedy is nothing short of a monster. Because she is a monster, it will come as no surprise that she also lied to the surgeon: Perhaps the lawsuit’s most damning claim is that Dr Olson-Kennedy misrepresented Ms Breen’s gender-identity history in the letter of support she wrote to Ms Breen’s surgeon.
In the letter, quoted in the complaint and also obtained in full by The Economist, Dr Olson-Kennedy writes that Ms Breen had 'endorsed a male gender identity since childhood'—language intended to signal that a young person’s gender identity has been stable for a long time, alleviating concerns that the patient might change their mind after undergoing a permanent procedure. But the claim was contradicted by Dr Olson-Kennedy’s own records. As a result, Clementine Breen was permanently harmed. Ms Breen said she is doing significantly better today—partly, she believes, simply because she ceased taking testosterone. But well before that, she ditched the therapist Dr Olson-Kennedy referred her to, who she said fixated entirely on her gender identity. She switched to a dialectical behavioural therapist whom she described as a godsend, with whom she had her first-ever in-depth conversations about the physical and sexual abuse she endured earlier in life.

Ms Breen said she was fairly confident that if she’d had these conversations at age 12, she wouldn’t have pursued medical transition. She has been left with permanent medical consequences: a lower voice than she wants, an Adam’s Apple that distresses her, the prospect of breast reconstruction if she wants to partially regain a female shape, and the possibility that she is infertile due to the years she spent on testosterone. There is no punishment great enough for Olson-Kennedy or the other doctors and people in authority who pushed Breen into a medical impossibility -- trying to change her sex. Since the lawsuit was filed, more horrific details have come out regarding Olson-Kennedy and her nefarious colleagues. For instance, she deliberately worked to withhold details about the harm that could be caused by putting children on puberty blockers.

The doctor who chose not to publish a study on puberty blockers because it showed no improvement in participants' mental health is the very same Johanna Olsen-Kennedy who's being sued by a young woman put on blockers at 12, given testosterone at 13 and a double mastectomy at 14. 'We must not publish a study that says we're harming children because people who say we're harming children will use the study as evidence that we're harming children, which might make it difficult for us to continue harming children.' https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Gamz2mAXgAA40Km?format=jpg&name=large -- Of course, she was handsomely rewarded by the government for her actions, to the tune of $10 million. YES! And don't forget this helpful chart, pulled straight from the @NIH website showing the Federally-funded research awards granted to Olson-Kennedy, which she has used for several years now in medicalizing innocent children.

Olson-Kennedy even declared in public that she knew these treatments constituted sterilization of minors but that was just 'a barrier we have to overcome.' "The difficulty of genital surgery is that it's surgical sterilization and people get super worked up about that. That is the barrier we have to overcome." - Dr Johanna Olson-Kennedy. Pure evil. May one day she be prosecuted & rot in jail. If you previously didn't believe that demonic people exist in our society, you might be starting to at this point. Billboard Chris also exposed the 'guidance counselor' who pushed Breen into these treatments. This is Susan Landon, the therapist getting sued by Clementine, along with Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy and the surgeon, Dr. Scott Mosser.

“You’re assigned a particular name for a particular body. The problem with that is that you then are expected to become what that body represents, which to our binary society is a boy or a girl.” -- Clementine had her puberty blocked at age 12, was put on testosterone at 13, and had a double mastectomy at 14. All of it gleefully encouraged by this psychopath. -- At the end of that tweet, he labels Landon a 'psychopath' and it is difficult to argue with that description. Billboard Chris had spoken to Breen back in October and he reposted his interview with her after learning of the lawsuit. Clementine — a young woman given puberty blockers at 12, testosterone at 13, and a double mastectomy at 14 — is suing! This lawsuit is devastating, and involves the biggest names in the fraudulent field of ‘gender medicine.’

She’s suing Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, who runs the busiest gender clinic in America; the surgeon, Dr. Scott Mosser; the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles; St. Francis Memorial Hospital; and therapist Susan Landon. THE LAWSUIT - This case is about a team of purported health care providers who collectively decided that a vulnerable girl struggling with complex mental health struggles and suffering from multiple instances of sexual abuse should be prescribed a series of life-altering puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, ultimately, receive a double mastectomy at the age of 14. Clementine is a female who suffered from a complex, multi-faceted array of mental health symptoms as a child and adolescent. She is also a survivor of multiple instances of sexual abuse as a child and adolescent, something that was never explored, addressed, or discussed by Defendants in the course of their purported treatment.

Her presentation of symptoms and concerns included, among other things, anxiety, depression, autism, undiagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), potential bipolarism, as has been suggested by one of her psychiatrists, ongoing confusion regarding her gender, and eventually psychosis (including audio and visual hallucinations), panic attacks, and paranoia. Her family also has a lengthy history of mental health issues. She needed psychotherapy to evaluate, assess, and treat her complex co-morbid mental health symptoms. Instead, she was fast-tracked onto the conveyor belt of irreversibly damaging puberty blockers (age 12), cross-sex hormones (age 13), and “gender-affirming” surgery (age 14). Around the age of 11 or 12, likely due at least in part to the sexual abuse she experienced as a young child, Clementine began struggling with the thought of developing into a woman and began to believe that life would be easier if she were a boy.

She expressed as much to her then school counselor in some of her sessions discussing her then-declining mental health, who told Clementine that she was transgender and called her parents to tell them the same. Clementine’s parents, completely surprised by and unaware of how to handle this supposed diagnosis but wanting to care for their daughter, decided to take Clementine to “the experts,” which led them to the Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and under the care of Dr. Johanna Olson-Kenedy (“Dr. Olson-Kennedy”), the director of the Center and one of the most prominent advocates for so-called pediatric “gender-affirming care” in the country. Clementine had just turned 12 years old. Dr. Olson-Kennedy and the team at LA Children’s immediately and unquestioningly “affirmed” Clementine as transgender, and at her very first visit, after mere minutes, Dr. Olson Kennedy diagnosed Clementine with gender dysphoria and recommended surgical implantation of puberty blockers.

Dr. Olson-Kennedy performed no mental health assessment. She did not ask about things like past trauma, abuse, or mental health struggles or diagnoses. She involved no other providers or health care professionals in this purported gender dysphoria diagnosis and recommendation for puberty blockers. Instead, she simply took a handful of platitudinal statements from a scared, confused, and traumatized barely-12-year-old girl to give a life-altering diagnosis and handed her the prescription pad. In short, it took Dr. Olson-Kennedy and the team at LA Children’s a single visit to send Clementine down a life-altering, traumatic, body-disfiguring, and irreversibly damaging path of transgender medicalization. This entire interview is tragic for Breen and it is damning for Olson-Kennedy, who Billboard Chris (also accurately) names a 'ghoul.' Chloe Cole summed up exactly what needs to happen: “Sue. Them. All.”

As I noted above, they all belong in prison. That will take time and it will be very challenging. But Breen's lawsuit is a good place to start, as are Cole's and Paxton's suits. Johnna Olson-Kennedy, who is "among the most celebrated youth gender medicine clinicians in the world", needs to be sued into bankruptcy, stripped of any medical licenses, and not allowed within 100 feet of any minor. Absolutely evil. “Dr Olson-Kennedy first told them that Clementine was suicidal,” they write in the complaint. “At that time, Clementine had never had any thoughts of suicide, and she certainly had never expressed anything along those lines to Dr Olson-Kennedy. Dr Olson-Kennedy went even further [...] by telling them that if they did not agree to cross-sex hormone therapy, Clementine would commit suicide.”

"It is true, however, that there is no mention of suicide risk in any of Dr Olson-Kennedy’s notes before Ms Breen’s double mastectomy" - "Unfortunately, the paper trail that shines a light on Dr Olson-Kennedy’s approach to Ms Breen’s care does not exist for her former therapist, whom we also contacted for comment. California state law requires therapists to retain patient visit notes for five years. But the therapist Ms Breen is suing told us, via a lawyer, that almost all of the notes were unavailable, due to water damage." In Olson-Kennedy's case, her lies and deceptions would seem to make her ripe for criminal prosecution. The surgeon Mosser also should be indicted. Twitchy has covered his 'medical practice' on several occasions, where he has boasted about having a 'secret mission' and that he has no minimum age for performing mastectomies on healthy children.

If you made it this far down a litany of inhuman monsters masquerading as medical professionals and counselors, I hope you are furious. I know I am. But as horrific as these details are, remember one thing: we are winning. We are winning the cultural war, we are winning the political war, and as more of these lawsuits get filed, we are going to start winning the accountability war very soon. I am sure not every lawsuit will be successful. They should be, but some won't. That's just the way the legal system can go sometimes. However, some will succeed. And one way to truly stop this insanity is to hold the people pushing it responsible for their actions. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, Scott Mosser, Susan Landon, and the institutions that support them are monsters in our midst. We cannot stop until their cult of destroying children is utterly demolished.

When that happens, we need to thank heroes like Chloe Cole, Prisha Mosley, and Clementine Breen. They never should have suffered the horrors to which they were subjected as young girls. But they are doing everything they can to make sure it doesn't happen to other children. Society owes them a debt that can never be repaid. The least we can do is join the fight with them.
