Man Drives His Boat Down The Road Like A Car

Who doesn’t love a good car, right? Even those who keep to their stand that a car is a luxury and you take what you can get, really like to watch what others drive and sigh with envy. Some like convertibles, others like Jeeps. Then, there are those who love to pimp out their vehicles and make them extraordinary. Remember Pimp My Ride with Xzibit? Those men did some pretty whacky rides, with barbecues and grills and gold and glitter and fur, even a pool in one pickup truck’s bed!

We have seen decorated cars, pimped cars, Frankensteined cars, converted cars, but we have not yet seen something like this! A driver in Hendersonville, Tennessee had the utmost pleasure to witness a creative man’s mind in action, literally on the road! Behold - someone took their old boat and converted it into an open-top car! Now you don’t see that every day!

"Driving down the road I saw this boat pulling out of a parking lot and thought it was a runaway and about to hit me. At that time I discovered it was a conversion and let it pass me to get the video," the man wrote with the video posted on YouTube.

That thing is going pretty darn fast from what we could tell. There is no information as to the process and types of car parts that went into the making of that thing, but one thing is for sure. No one will be able to resist turning their gaze towards that boat. Coat? Bar? Call it whatever you like, that is awesome!

At first, we too thought that maybe it is just a rogue boat trailer, rolling down the road. If that were the case, we would have felt pretty bad for whoever it was that lost their trailer.

Unlike this guy, folks on a Florida highway were pretty flabbergasted when they witnessed someone’s unusual, yet very creative way of towing their boat.

In a video shared to Keegan's Facebook on April 23, a jeep in the lane next to Kenneth Keegan is seen awkwardly dragging the boat at high speeds. The boat, stood up on its stern, and appeared to be tied to a small platform, which is attached to the back of the jeep. The platform keeps the boat from getting scratched from the road, smart! Keegan's video resonated with viewers online, getting 128,000 views and 1,509 shares at the time of writing. Keegan is currently raising funds for a heart transplant for father-of-six Thomas Rutledge.

If you don't have a trailer, this is a very useful contraption to use. This definitely isn't something you see every day! If you want to go fishing, you do what you got to do to make it work! After watching this, maybe more people will try to do this too! Too funny!

Check out this video of a driver using a unique boat towing method! So awesome!
