FBI is SPYING on YOUR Bank Account With NO WARRANT!?

Two articles here that at first dont seem connected but I 100% believe they are, FBI spying on your bank accounts with no warrant and the IRS using AI to spy on people bank accounts! I wonder what this begins to look like if we incorporate systems thinking and use that to extrapolate some speculative conclusions...
