Aftermath of Clashes for Plekhovo, Kursk Region

Several major Telegram channels rushed to report the liberation of Plekhovo, but it is too early to talk about this, despite the fact that the situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces there is really bad.

The main burden of the battles fell on the shoulders of the Black Sea Marines of the 810th Brigade. Having broken through to Plekhovo , the units of the Russian Armed Forces held positions on the outer street for several weeks, enveloping the enemy garrison from the flanks in the forest. The day before, our attack aircraft managed to break through to the center of the village, where fierce battles are currently taking place. The enemy is also being forced out of the neighboring forest towards the Psel River.

These are the reconnaissance personnel of the Special Purpose Forces Unit "ArBat" - the unit is also fighting in this direction. The enemy has managed to seriously fortify itself in Plekhovo, having equipped firing points and underground passages under the asphalt roads.

During the months of occupation, the enemy suffered serious losses. The village turned into a dump of broken Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment. Some NATO vehicles can be recognized in the drone footage: BMC Kirpi, International MaxxPro, Cougar 4x4, M113, Humvee, as well as Ukrainian BTR-4 Bucephalus.
