Thousands demand Yoon impeachment in protest outside South Korean parliament

Thousands of Seoul residents gathered outside South Korea's parliament on Saturday to demand that parliament pass the motion to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol over his erratic handling of martial law.

The push for impeachment fell through earlier after most lawmakers from the governing party boycotted the vote.
