Serial Rapist Gets The Surprise of His Life

On November 28, 2022, dispatch received an emergency call regarding an attempted kidnapping and r*pe. The victim somehow managed to escape and contact the police in time. In her statement, the victim told the officer that the man continued to follow her, asking for her name and phone number. When she refused, he blocked her path with his car and tried to forcibly pin her down in the passenger seat, stating that he just wanted to have sex with her. The same man kidnapped and r*ped another person later in December. Officers showed a few pictures to the previous victim to see if she recognized the offender. Based on the descriptions given by all the victims, officers were able to track the suspect. The man was charged with sexual battery and kidnapping.
