I'm such a conspiracy theorist! Storm Darragh has hit the UK and I'm enjoying wrapping up in my most protective clothing and walking around the Highlands of Penzance but could it be Operation Hammer ⚒️ being implemented? "Taking out the trash on isle 17 in the west of the UK"?
Either way, I celebrated with a walk up to the top of Lescudjak hill in Penzance to do a chi kung exercise called 'Carrying The Moon' which is a simple way to increase health & vitality so as to be happier and less 'prey like' for evil doers, like say reptilian (and partially reptilian) souls who just.can't.help.themselves.
