The future of construction?

The Volvo LX03 concept is straight out of a sci-fi film. This autonomous, electric wheel loader was inspired by a 2016 collaboration between LEGO Technic and Volvo. Starting as a scale model before being brought to life. The Volvo LX03 is designed as a modular, fully electric, and fully autonomous loader. To spearhead “smart, safe, and sustainable” solutions in construction. LX03 has an operating weight of 11,000 lbs and a tipping load of 8,800 lbs. Fully charged LX03 has a continuous operating time of 4 to 8 hours. It features self-learning capabilities, allowing it to adapt to its environment and make decisions on its own.
