20241206 120335 Tux Self-basting and Roasting

I just got this red light therapy panel and it was on for maybe three minutes before Tux came over and wanted to stand in front of it. As long as he doesn't feel the need to look into it, he's welcome to stay.

He quickly started basting himself and then he laid down to cook. He stayed until it shut off after the 10 minute timer popped. I used it again in the evening for 20 minutes, but he didn't seem interested. Supposedly it's just as useful for pets, but keeping him from looking into it is likely a problem. So, until I can figure out how to prevent this, I'm not encouraging him to join me.

My experience is that cats don't like to be in front of a fan, and I haven't caught him in front of my space heater. But since this thing doesn't move any air, it might end up being something that he likes.
