Meditations for the Departed

This is a class I taught in Vancouver in early December, 2012. I dedicate this to my friend Barry Brown who died Nov. 19, 2024. He made hundreds of thumbnails for my channel over the past four years. This is an important Buddhist practice to dedicate merit to people who have died.
