How I lost my fear of death and learned to serve God.
Believe what the Son of God has done and the gospel is 1 Cor. 15:3, 4.
God's answer for how to live today is found in Rom. 12; Eph. 4; Col. 3.
We were spiritually identified at salvation with Christ's cross-work.
We are dead to sin, the law, and the world . . . securely hid with Christ in God.
So do not desire Israel's program or man's wisdom.
Christ is our life so we let Him live through us.
Paul tells us how to have victory over the sinful flesh.
We "have put off" the old man with his deeds; And "have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him" (Col. 3:9, 10).
We have already put on the new man which is renewed by His word.
God's answer to wrong behavior is to replace it with Christ's behavior.
"We are not created to imitate Christ in our own strength. We are to contain Christ in our new man so He can live His life through us" (Richard Jordan of the Grace School of the Bible).
After our Rapture comes the JSOC, and next we are presented to the Father.
