    The Constitution states that presidents cannot pardon themselves or issue preemptive pardons, so if Biden does do that, it will most definitely go to the SC

    Just hammer away at this: there is NO such thing as a "pre-emptive, blanket pardon." Pardons are for sinners or convicts. Pardons cannot be made to cover anything you MIGHT get indicted for or convicted of. That's an absurdity only imagined by doddering old fools like Biden and his ilk. The last time they were ever used, itinerant, crooked, priests were walking the landscape of medieval Europe peddling INDULGENCES (pre-emptive pardons) for sins not yet committed or imagined.

    I've been making Lisa Rubin's point ever since "Pedo Pete" pardoned Hunter. Hunter will have no 5th Amendment access for anything he was involved in, from January 1st 2014 through December 1st 2024. Now if Hunter can be dragged into court under oath as witness against his daddy for his corrupt deals with foreign countries, he'll be subjecting himself to perjury for lying to defend his father. I hope Biden gives such broad pardons to a few of his other close conspirators, and over a similar time-frame. Bring it!
