Puppy Decides To Nap Right On Top Of Laptop

Being a little pupper is hard work. Being pretty all the time requires a lot of dedication and a lot of strength. Add that to the amount of goofiness one has to possess and you are left with a really tired pooch. Whenever our little furry friends exhaust the energy in their tiny bodies, they always turn into nap mode, no matter the place. We’ve seen puppers sleep in many locations. From the narrow spaces between furniture, to the ledge of the blow-up pools in our gardens, to the middle of the room because they weren’t able to move even an inch further. One place we haven’t seen them occupy yet is that warm space over the open laptop sitting on the couch. It seems like this Golden Retriever called Sunday has found its perfect spot because there is no moving from it anytime soon.

There is something so heartwarming about finding your perfect nap location. It has to be very soft and very cosy. It has to be warm and it has to be safe. This little furry dog has chosen the perfect place to lay down and get some Zs. The bottom of its human’s laptop provides the perfect amount of warmth to lull it into sleep, the couch is perfectly lit and it knows that it is safe under the watchful eye of its owner. Even if it wasn’t the perfect spot, the little one would be too tired to move from it. That’s too bad for the owner, as the lady can no longer use her laptop until the little one has finished its beauty sleep. She is right to guess that the little pupper won’t get the title of employee of the month after this little stunt. But she doesn’t care because the cute pupper is too adorable to be mad at.

We all have that special nook in the house that is ours and no one else’s. It is the place we would like to curl ourselves in a ball in and just lay until the end of time, or at least until our problems or the bad weather pass us by. It doesn’t have to be elegant or well kept, it just has to be ours and no one else's.

Dogs are very much like us in that manner. Our loving pets, too, have a comfortable nest where they love to sit and wait for us to show them some love. We might give them the most comfortable dog beds or even let them sleep on down feathers, but they would still climb on our beds or sleep on the cat bed when we turn our attention to something else.
