Brave diver pulls hook out of shark's mouth in amazing slow-motion video
This incredible slow-motion video shows the moment when a brave diver pulled a hook from the mouth of a shark.
The footage, taken on a conservation trip to the Bahamas, shows diver and marine biologist Leigh Cobb bait the oceanic white tip shark with a fish - before placing her left hand on the animal's nose and pulling out the hook with her right hand.
The fearless diver - Leigh Cobb, 38, from Palm Beach, Florida - said that by placing her hand on the shark's nose it was momentarily hypnotised because all of a shark's senses are at the front of its face.
