We are a Christian nation, and the source of pardon authority is forgiveness. There is no preemptive forgiveness; that is nonsense. The attempt to preemptively pardon Hunter Biden is not a pardon, but issuing an indulgence, and Joe Biden is not some kind of Pope. Beyond that, selling indulgences to other potential criminals is not much of a business strategy to replace selling influence to foreign rulers. And then there is the cost. The more the Administration tries to use this avenue, the more likely it is to reach the courts, where is is likely to be denied effect as beyond the powers of Government.

I think Brunson would cover a number of these criminals. The rest I think the Military should round up right now. You know that we are and have been under Insurrection Act Military Control since 2020 before Trump left office. I say DROP THE MOAB on these Bastards RIGHT NOW. Yes, make them infamous! Let them stand and fight and find the resources to fund their legal costs. Smith tampered with the documents he seized and put classified labels on himself (without the qualifications to make the classifications). Smith misrepresented what he found and tampered with evidence.

Putin's body language with President Xie was not that relaxed. It's a great pity that Russia was pushed away from reasonable relationships with the US. Putin actually ran elections in East Ukraine and they voted Russia.....ok, dubious elections??? Well, at least the process was undergone.
