Necessary materials:
5 potatoes.
3 eggs.
2 red peppers (finely chopped).
1 onion (finely chopped).
parsley.
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (40 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

For the filling:
1 onion.
2 - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml).
chicken meat (200 grams).
3 red peppers.
2 green peppers.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
cheddar cheese (20 grams).

For the above:
cheddar cheese (100 grams).
parsley.

1st cooking recommendation: 20 - 25 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.
2nd cooking recommendation: 200 °C for 15 minutes.
