Advocates rally to close healthcare gap

62,000 Idahoans fall into what is known as the “coverage gap” — they earn too much to qualify for Medicaid and too little to afford healthcare on the state’s health insurance exchange. Advocates will converge at the State Capitol to submit signatures in support of the ballot measure to deliver them healthcare.
