Speaking in the video is Dr. David Keanu Sai a Hawaiian scholar & lecturer in Hawaiian Studies at Windward Community College. He holds a Ph.D. in political science with expertise on the legal & political history of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Dr. Sai has been involved in various initiatives to promote the recognition of the Hawaiian Kingdom’s sovereignty & to rectify the unlawful occupation of Hawaii by the United States since 1893.
