Donald Trump appears even less inhibited about using his time in office to make money than he was in his first term, and the people he is selecting to work within his administration appear to be similarly conflicted. A clash between a self-interested administration and an angry American electorate (and the members of Congress who have to answer to them) seems inevitable.
