US Secretary of State Antony Blinken wants to LOWER the Conscription age in Ukraine to fight Russians

It doesn't get any sleazier than this. Now Antony Blinken is forcing Ukraine to lower the conscription age if it wants to keep getting US aid$$.
So now, 18 year olds will be sent to die, and the Biden administration couldn't care less...
