Eagle’s Eye Report: Joe, Hunter & Criminality – What They Have In Common!

Why would you shatter procedure, and give a blanket Pardon for an extended period of time (say, about eleven years) and state that this covers any and all illegal actions undertaken during this period … except we know nothing of these supposed crimes now … REALLY ???
