“This program would train individuals to go after individuals who might be in our country illegally”

“These people would be going after tips that they had received from citizens from an online porthole, an email, or a phone number that would be set up, and if one of these bounty hunters had a good tip and they found somebody who indeed was in our country illegally and that person was arrested and detained, the person who submitted the tip would then be getting a $1,000 reward.”
