Adrian Waters was born in Rome in 1996 and has lived and studied in Italy, England and Austria. He has a Bachelor's in History and Politics from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK, a Master of Arts in History from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at University College London and a second level master's in International Public Affairs the LUISS Guido Carli university in Rome. Currently he is a PhD student at the University od Graz, Austria, and his thesis deals with the impact of the EU's enlargement policies on democracy in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia since 2014.
