It is now being reported that Disney is creating a script for Johnny Depp in the event he wants to come back to the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise after publicly cutting ties with him.

Johnny Depp’s ex-wife, Amber Heard, made accusation that he was abusive towards her which sparked Disney and other studios to cut ties with the franchise star. Since the public defamation trial, it was revealed that not only was he not abusive to her, but she was very much the abuser. In the public eye Johnny Depp has been exonerated and many fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise want the actor to return to the role of pirate Jack Sparrow. Disney understands that since they have been getting a lot of push-back over the prospect of a franchise reboot.
