US President-elect Donald Trump's border czar Tom Homan has threatened to put mayors and governors in jail if they try to interfere with their plan of mass deportations of undocumented migrants. Homan said he would end federal funding for states if they resisted the deportation plan. According to Trump, he will ensure the largest deportation in American history after taking the White House in January. Three out of four states along the US-Mexico border-- California, New Mexico, and Arizona-- are planning to protest Trump's plan. However, the fourth state, Texas, has given Trump and Homan thousands of acres of land to process and detain illegal migrants.
