Does Thunder Still Support Small Content Creators???

But I genuinely want to ask whether Thunder still supports small YouTubers or not. Because I haven't seen an independent Creator on TSG in a long time. And while he's on my mind, I might as well reminisce on my time being a subscriber of Thunder.
